A huge thank you to all our families for your amazing generosity this harvest. We had a lovely celebration this morning and were delighted to be joined by Rev Wendy and Nick Russell from St Saviours Church. Wendy told us all about a fearless female dairy farmer from Ireland, and Nick dazzled us with his magic tricks and helped us to think about the importance of being kind. It was a lovely celebration and our next job will be to bag up your donations and deliver them to our pensioner friends on the estate. Well done everyone
Year 6 ended up with a good run over to Liddington and quickly started throwing themselves into some of the adventure activities on site. Everyone has slept well, the sun is shining this morning and they are ready for their first full day of fun.
Year 6 have visited the Tarn this week as part of their science studies. They will need to make sure they get plenty of rest this weekend in readiness for their school journey to Liddington on Monday. (And that includes the staff!) Sleep well everyone.
So happy to be receiving support from Ms Lewis from the Maths Department at Harris Greenwich. Ms Lewis is supporting our Year 6 children as we work towards the Young Mathematicians’ Award 2017
