Lovely feels in school this morning. We have lots of reading flooding going on, more bikeability training and FS2 are enjoying their first PE lesson with Billy. Happy kids… happy grown ups.

Hewey Adkinson is really enjoying being our new school dog this week. Hewey definitely thinks this should become a permanent arrangement!

Fun time playtimes. It’s so good to be back together again.

This year we applied to become an ADHD friendly school. Our learners with ADHD worked together to learn more about themselves and each other and became Ambassadors in school. They delivered assemblies to help us to better understand them and thought about what helps them to learn and focus.

Most importantly, they celebrated the many strengths that come with ADHD and they grew in confidence and self-esteem. Well done everyone.

Thanks to Emma for giving parents the opportunity to taste some of the options from our catering offer after school this week. Remember that from September 2023, ALL children at Middle Park will be entitled to a free school meal.

Well what a very strange and perplexing day. We’re not sure we could explain it to you even if we wanted to! Well done to all our children who have been imaginative, curious and heroic. I think we saved the day don’t you?!?
