Clubs timetable Autumn Term 2024
Early Morning Clubs – 8am to 8.45am
Early morning clubs for Year 5 and Year 6 will start on Tuesday 17th September 2024 until Friday 29th November 2024. As before, these sessions are available to all pupils in Year 5 and Year 6. Here is the timetable and your child can attend as many as they wish for their year group. Early Morning Clubs – Autumn Term 2024
We are still able to fully fund these sessions so no payment is required. The sessions offered last academic year were very well attended. We are really proud of the enthusiasm from the children and attending has a positive impact on learning.
For classroom based sessions, children will be welcomed with hot chocolate and a toast snack.
For fitness sessions, children should arrive in trainers and have a named bottle of water. Children will need to ensure they have had breakfast before fitness (as no hot drink or toast is available).
All children attending the clubs should enter the school through the office and make their way to the spare Year 6 classroom or top hall for fitness.
Please sign up for the clubs your child wishes to attend using the WEDUC app – under the offers section – add the clubs to your basket confirming your permission and then check out (there is no charge).

After-School and Early Morning Clubs – Autumn Term 2024
Years 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 only

Dear Parents and Carers
After-school clubs are back. Here are the arrangements for the after-school clubs on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for the Autumn Term 2024.
- Clubs commence for 8 weeks from Tues 1st October and will run to Thurs 28th November 2024
AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
We will be charging £10 per child per after-school club, which must be paid at point of booking.
If your child is eligible for Pupil Premium Funding then you will receive one club at a discounted price of £5 but any additional clubs will still be £10 – we will arrange the discount once you have booked and paid for all your clubs and we have checked your child’s eligibility (we will refund £5 back through WEDUC).
The clubs are now offered on a first-come, first-served basis via our app

If you need your log in details, please contact the office.Please do ensure that your child definitely wants to attend the club/s you are booking.
Your child must attend every week unless they are absent that dayThere will be no refunds given for any child deciding not to attend
- After-school clubs run from 3.15pm to 4.15pm and you must collect your child on time. Any persistent late collections will result in your child being removed from the club

Once a club has reached full capacity there will be no further spaces available.
The clubs will go live for purchase on WEDUC on Tuesday 24th September at 5pm
No cash will be taken in the school office
