Our children from Ferdi Class have been getting out and about and last week they visited a very festive Ruxley Garden Centre. It was quite a sensory experience with all the lights and sweet-smelling food and seeing the reindeer was a definite highlight. We had better get them fed and fit ready for Christmas Eve!

As we get ready for next week’s Remembrance reflection, we welcomed a special time-travelling visitor to school who told us all about what life was like for women during WWI. It was very enjoyable and we learned a huge amount.

Thank you all for your generous donations to this year’s Harvest Festival. Mrs Lewis organised a special celebration with Capt Nick Russell and Dawn from St Saviour’s Church. Food parcels will be handed out to our pensioner friends on the estate through our partnership with the Community Centre.
