It has been a fantastic day for Year 3. The sun has shone all day and they have loved all the activities, team building and challenges. Well done Year 3!

We have so many mini-engineers at Middle Park. Check out this fantastic bridge design which includes a strengthening criss-cross feature. We are feeling confident that this will take the weight of the cars.

We enjoy a strong partnership with Charlton Athletic Football Club. Coaches from their Community Trust come in to teach the children and also run one of our after school clubs. #moreactivemoreoften

We have been having a great time learning all about our unconscious minds, or our ‘chimps,’ after reading the book ‘My Hidden Chimp’ by Prof. Steve Peters. Lot of us have named our own chimps and the children in Ferdi Class have been sewing their own hidden chimps. What is your called??

Our girls’ cricket team received their ‘Champions of Greenwich’ trophy today reminding us of their fantastic performance back in June. With no time to waste – we are all back in training and looking forward to another year of competition. @capitalkidscric #inittowinit

You can’t beat it. First access music in Year 3 with Rory.

It’s lovely to see so many new children signed up for guitar tuition with Rory. We can’t wait to see how you all progress.

We have been thinking about sustainable fashion and some of our budding designers created some amazing outfits in assembly this morning. Obviously, it helps when your models are this easy on the eye!
