school Journey
Year 4 have returned after a fantastic four day residential school journey at Margaret McMillan House. Jim, the Head of the Centre, raved about how wonderful the children had been all week, “resilient, courageous and enthusiastic.” The children experienced a wide range of activities including survival skills, tyre and rope courses, camp fire and disco. Well done to all the children for making the most of the opportunities, and a HUGE thank you to the adults who gave them the experience – Mrs Findley, Miss Turner, Jo, Robbie and Debbi. Sleep well tonight everyone!
This week our coffee morning is hosted by Royal Greenwich Road Safety officers.

School Journey in Sunny Wrotham.
Many of our beautiful Year 4 children will be spending the week at Margaret McMillan House in Wrotham. The sun shone for them today, everyone is happy and staff have made sure the children have had plenty of fresh air and exercise on their first day. We’ll post all the photographs on Friday at the end of their fun-packed week.

Year 4 Steel Pans
Steel Pans Band
It was the first week for our new Year 4 Steel Pans Band to begin their musical journey. We learned that steel pans originate from Trinidad and Tobago and are made out of oil drums. There are different types of pans and the children did amazingly well to learn their first piece. A great start!
