On Friday mornings the school is eerily quiet! That’s because many classes are enjoying their ‘Big Write’ sessions – quiet time when they completely focus on their writing. You can see the concentration on their faces!

Year 4 Chimwala are working hard to improve their handwriting.

We don’t mind a bit of rain – it means we get a chance to have a go at Kurling with the Play Leaders – FUN!

More active…. more often… Year 4 are enjoying their daily mile. The children are competing against themselves, trying to collect as many cubes as they can by completing their circuits.

One of our new year resolutions is to all try to be more active… more often. Mrs Lewis has been working with our fabulous Play Leaders and they are working hard to get all the younger children more active at lunchtimes.
