Breaktimes
Breaktimes are all about spending time with friends, letting off steam and playing games. We work hard and we play hard.
We are ready for the RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch 2022. Recent visitors include a chaffinch and greenfinch and our current favourites have to be the goldfinches who are loving the sunflower hearts at the moment. It’s amazing how popular our birdwatching area is with the children on a chilly day!
A HUGE well done to all the children and families who participated in the holiday project, visited the Queen’s House and viewed the painting ‘Ship of Fools’ by Kehinde Wiley. The quality of the learning has been exceptional and we have really enjoyed seeing what the children have produced and speaking with them of their thoughts and feelings about the painting and its context. We are so impressed with all their ideas and insights.

We are so happy to have welcomed Mrs Stewart back into school to deliver small group tuition for one day each week. In total, 93 children from Year 2 to Year 6 will be receiving at least 15 hours of small group tuition this year from our teaching staff as part of our covid catch-up plan. Our children are extremely settled in school and making super progress in their learning, well done everyone.
