Every week our Reception children head down to our Forest School at the Vicarage. It’s wonderful for them to observe all the seasonal changes and they get so excited about their discoveries. This morning the group found lots of spooky spider webs covered in dew – and this afternoon they found a TOAD!!! We LOVE Forest School.

Thank you so much for all your generous donations towards our harvest festival. We were delighted to welcome Rev Wendy back into school this morning to help us to be thankful for everything we have in our lives. Donations will be bagged up and distributed to some of our elderly friends who live on the estate. Thanks everyone.

Once again, we are supporting the poppy appeal this year. Poppies are available from the main office – or for a wider choice come and see Caroline who has friendship bracelets, wristbands, pencils and more.

We have an amazing Year 6 this year who are great role models and are already setting a strong example to the rest of the school. Year 6 children have the opportunity to apply for various positions of responsibility and we will be announcing them to you in due course. Firstly though, we would like to introduce our wonderful prefect team for this year, always instantly visible with their special shirts. An amazing group of young Middle Parkers who have an important role and presence around the school. Congratulations to you all.
