So much has been achieved this week and a huge well done to all our parents, carers and families for the high engagement, supportive feedback and wonderful learning. Our teachers will be signing off from 1pm. If they contact you after that, please tell them off, ask them to switch their computer off and go out for a walk! Look after yourselves this weekend, keep safe and hopefully get some fresh air and exercise. You’re all brilliant.
30 children on a zoom this morning from home and in school – getting ready to start our latest virtual book club. Special mention today to our student teachers from the University of Greenwich who are also preparing and delivering remote learning from home. What a time to train to be a teacher eh? They are definitely demonstrating the qualities that all teachers need; resilience, flexibility and a sense of humour ! Well done to Miss Aubrey today.

I can assure you that emails are flying thick and fast between teachers sharing top tips and ironing out any glitches with the online platform. Keep feeding back to your teachers on what is going well and anything that may be working less well. We hope to share lots of great learning from home and we know you are all trying your best.
