Next week we will be doing the Big Schools Garden Birdwatch (of course we will) to support the RSPB as they monitor garden birds and measure how well they are doing. Our local birdies are warming up and we have had a busy morning on the feeders with at least 8 goldfinches, 4 chaffinches, robin, blue tit, great tit and everyone’s favourite – the PIGEON. Let’s hope they’re around when we actually want them to be next week.

Our MPPS Choir singing Christmas carols at our local community centre – spreading Christmas cheer

This year our Christmas Charity is Papyrus UK who work to prevent young suicide and support families who have been affected. We will be adding our Nativity collections, Christmas jumper day donations and staff collection to support this worthy charity.

Thank you!!

This year our Christmas fundraising will be going to Papyrus UK who work to prevent young suicide. If you have not yet donated, please bring contributions in to the school office. We would love to raise enough to make a difference.

Attendance Ambassadors in UKS2 give out rewards and help us all to keep track of our attendance.

Year 6 have been making their own gym in the playground. Sun’s out guns out

We are so proud of this little school ambassador who has been educating us all about stammers and stutters by presenting to classes. Do you know the difference between a stutter and a stammer? And did you know that there are three different types of stammer? Neither did we!

An interesting, clear and confident presentation – we are so proud of you.
