Home Learning Letter

Dear Parents/Carers

As we are all aware, information is changing rapidly and being updated daily. We have been thinking ahead about ways in which we can support the children with their ongoing learning in the event of a school closure. As such, we are sending learning packs home with children so that they have what they need if we do close.

There is no pressure on children to complete the work as we do not want to add to anxieties at this difficult time. Each pack will have a letter from the class teacher with a list of suggested activities and websites that we hope will help to keep children occupied.

Any packs for children already absent can be collected from the school office. If you are self-isolating and would like a pack please ask a friend or neighbour to collect.

For those parents and children at home it is really important that we stay in touch. An email address has been set up for each class and teachers will respond when they are able. Please see attached. Teachers may be able to suggest further activities and answer any questions about learning. Please use the class email addresses for learning enquiries and the admin email admin@middlepark.co.uk for all other enquiries. The admin email is always monitored and messages can be passed on through this address.
