Mudlarking Workshop

Year 4 have had a fantastic day in Greenwich on a mudlarking workshop with the Thames Explorers. There were some really exciting finds which included bones, pipes, tools and ceramics. In a thrilling find, Theo came across a small dice which was taken away to the Museum of London to be verified. The guide explained that soldiers would make small dice out of bone because gambling was banned and that way they could sneak them into their pockets. Such a fun day!
