Our school council had a special visitor this week and were able to work with Marc Lorenzi, a representative from the Greenwich Inclusion Project charity. They have been learning about Anti Bullying, Hate Crime and Rights. It was a very thought provoking session and the children thought about vulnerable and marginalised people. They discovered that hate crime is a form of bullying, focusing on dif…ferences in religion, colour, disability, gender identity etc. It was a deep session and the children were very mature in their approach to the discussions. The session ended with a ‘moment of meditation’. This made Mason feel as if ‘he had been reborn but with all of his knowledge!!’ Well done School Council.
