The Globe Theatre

Stanley are having a great day. Before they arrived at the Globe Theatre they took a walk over the wobbly bridge and enjoyed looking at St Paul’s Cathedral. They had a tour of the theatre and noticed all the differences to our theatres nowadays. They then enjoyed a workshop. They turned into the characters from their class book, Antony and Cleopatra. They thought about how they would act, move and speak. There were some very scary Cleopatras! Nims said, “it has been a very interesting day and I loved seeing the Globe Theatre and the trap doors where the baddies would jump out from.”
