Wild Science

Wild Science visited our Nursery yesterday. The children were introduced to Barry the bearded dragon, Freda the tree frog, Millie the giant millipede, Sally the corn snake, Charlie the chinchilla and Terry the tarantula. The children learned interesting facts about each of the creatures… For example, did you know that a tarantula has eight legs and two arms? The children were given the opportunity to hold or stroke all of the creatures. They all behaved beautifully as always. Well done Kipper class!
