Year 5 Trip to Greenwich
Year 5 had a fantastic day last week in Greenwich. The introductory talk by Dr Chris Green from Brunel University was fascinating. He told us about the importance of conserving the ocean habitat, the wonder of deep sea diving and the vital role that oceans play in providing oxygen for us. Finding Dory was an appropriate film that taught us how pollution can cause damage to sea life. We then went to eat lunch in Greenwich Park and spent some time enjoying ourselves in the swing park. The children were a great credit to Middle Park and had lots of interesting and well-worded questions for Dr Green.
